Once you’ve created your pivot table, let's have a look at some neat features you can use, to rearrange the data in your desired order.

You can sort it in ascending or descending order. You can also manually arrange the rows by dragging them upwards or downwards.

You can filter the data, to show only some specific rows that interest you.

If you want to see the elaborative details of some group, double click their numerical data, and a new worksheet will be created, that consists of all their details.
