Place Value Penguins

NOW this is a really cool way to learn about numbers – ice cold, even!

Antarctic explorer Dave needs your help to solve number puzzles – and he’s got some cuddly penguins to help out.

He’ll ask you to place penguins on a number chart in the right place. If he asks for the number 32, put one penguin on the 30 spot and one on the 2. Problem solved!

Great for youngsters in first and second grade, this teaches units and tens on level one, and goes up to hundreds on level two.

Get the answer right and Dave will cheer “Well done!” while those cuddly penguins show you how the numbers line up together!
