Online Probability Game with Coco the Parrot

By: www.math-play.com
Coco the parrot has a math challenge for you!

The perky parrot will ask you a series of questions about probability. For example, he might ask you what is the probability that a spinner will stop at a particular color. There will be three answers to choose from and it will be up to you to work it out.

The answers will be in percentages – so if a circle has one quarter colored red, then there is a 25% chance the spinner will stop on red. You will even be asked to work out a percentage of a percentage – making this an activity suitable for fifth and sixth grade kids.

Coco’s a helpful parrot, however, and will give you tips on how to work out the right answer if you get a question wrong. And Coco will give you a big cheer if you get all the questions right!
